• Examination of the petition and complainant’s allegations.
• Preparing the technical responses of the first defense that the Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning should present to the court and forwarding them to the Ministry.
• In case of being involved in the case, preparing the technical responses of the defense file on behalf of the Employer.
• Providing technical support during the judicial process and providing support to the  Attorney of the Employer.
• Preparing technical responses to the expert report to be submitted to the court.
• Ensuring participation to the discoveries to be made by the court and providing support to the Attorney of the Employer.
• Ensuring participation in court hearings and providing support to the Attorney of the Employer.
• In case the decision issued at the end of the case goes for an appeal to the Council of State, preparing technical responses to the petition of appeal.
